Friday – Exercise report

Today I quit sulking and got back on my fitness routine. Today I raged through Ripped in 30 level 2 and Cardio Kickbox. I pushed myself. At the end of Kickbox I felt like I had to throw up so I laid on the floor for a few minutes until it passed. I gave it all I had. I feel great now. Hopefully hubby gives me time tonight to get on the treadmill. I know this weekend he better have plans of spending a couple of hours with the kids. I plan rev up the exercise plan this weekend!

    Great plan! I need to do the same thing, although I haven't tried kickboxing.
